Plug-n-play connection. DataTale TG-UL11 Thunderbolt -USB3.0/1GbE Adaptor is a bridge for USB3.0 devices and Gigabit Ethernet port to Thunderbolt-equipped host, transferring data to 1GbE and USB 3.0 simultaneously by Thunderbolt.

You can also expand USB3.0 connection via adding DataTale U3-H41 USB3.0 4-Port Hub to Thunderbolt Adaptor.
