When I use the PAIR on the Apple program "Time Machine" for backup, it would only transfer data for about 15-30 seconds and then it would stop. Afterwards, the selected hard drive would unmount itself and the backup process would be automatically cancelled. Lastly, the selected hard drive would disappear from the desktop and would automatically remount itself like nothing has happened. How can this be solved?

The firmware provided inside the PAIR may need to be updated. In order to do so, you would need to prepare the following:



1) the PAIR Unit

2) its proper external Power Supply

3) the USB cable included in the package

4) One 2.5-inch SATA hard drive to be placed inside the PAIR. Either disk location would work

5) A computer with a Windows operation system and an USB port
