This may be solved by using firmware update. Please download the latest FIRMWARE here. This firmware update must be done under Windows XP or Vista in 32-bit systems.
The compressed file includes an Uploader installation, the latest firmware, and instructions on how to update the firmware. Remember to read the document in PDF first. The firmware update must be completed via this particular Uploader. You can also use this Uploader to check the firmware version of your RAID System.
