My current hard disks have data inside. Can I just install them to your RAID Systems and have the data still be recognizable in the System?

Please backup all existing data from the hard disk before you install them into the RAID Systems. Once the disks are inserted with the RAID mode set, the System will re-format the disks and all the data will be lost.
