I·ve just purchased the Datatale™ RS-S2TJ, mounted 2 unpartitioned HDDs, and tried to set up RAID 1 mode (Mirroring) using RAID MASTER via eSATA connection. However, when I launched the RAID MASTER, it didn·t recognize the Unit and hitting the refresh button didn·t help either. What should I do?

Due to the RAID MASTER's GUI application design, initial RAID configurations can only be setup using USB and FW800 connections. Please use the USB or FW800 connection first to setup the RS-S2TJ's initial disk formatting and RAID mode configurations. After it's set up, the RS-S2TJ can still work properly via eSATA connection.
