In some circumstances, the host computer will detect the device as USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0 and need to re-connect again before recognizing it as USB 3.0. How do I solve this issue?

It is only happened in the chipset JMS539. Please check your chipset on the PCBA of the case.




Please update the firmware version to resolve this issue. The firmware update provided is for both MAC and Windows OS.
