Which RAID mode should I choose if using the RAID System for "large size files" including backup or Ghost image files? For RAID 0+1 or 5+Spare
Both RAID modes are sufficient for backing up large files. But in terms of speed, RAID 0+1 will provide faster data writing speed into the drives.
