Yes, this firmware was released on 2012/5.


You need to prepare the following:


1) The Unit itself

2) Its proper external Power Supply

3) The USB 2.0 cable included inside the package

4) One 3.5-inch SATA hard drive already placed inside the Unit (either Disk Slot will work)

5) A computer with a Windows operation system and an USB 2.0 port




Once you have everything prepared and ready to go, please read the HOW TO UPDATE FIRMWARE (PDF version) document first on learning how to properly update the Unit properly and then download the new FIRMWARE (zip format) update.
